If you are in the search for a new home, or maybe you want to buy a few rental properties, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MRS. WEIGAND. I closed on my first home about a week ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the how the entire process went. She is so patient. She’s not at your neck trying to get you to make a quick decision. She always respected my hectic work schedule and would adjust dates & times, so that it worked best for me. She guided me through each home, pointing out key factors that had no idea to even look for. She was very knowledgeable about each property we viewed. Michelle was in the game for me. And in the end, I found myself in the perfect home for me. I am so thankful for her assistance in this process.
